History
Soboye was founded by Samson Soboye in Shoreditch, east London — one of the first British retail spaces to treat contemporary African design as luxury rather than souvenir. It built its reputation as a concept store and stylist's address, championing African and diaspora designers to a London audience long before the wider market caught up.
What I like
