- Broad / muscular — Deepen the armhole and keep the embroidery narrow; a wide yoke panel widens you further.
- Tall and lean — Lengthen the body rather than widening the sleeve, or it reads borrowed.
- Compact — Hem to mid-thigh, keep one tone top to bottom, and skip the cuff embroidery.
- Fuller figure — Straight cut with deep side slits, and embroidery only at the centre placket.
